3.1. Server log files
While serving the website, our hosting provider's infrastructure automatically logs the following technical data:
- IP address
- browser and operating system (User-Agent)
- timestamp of the visit
- requested URL and HTTP status code
- referring page (Referer header), when sent by your browser

Retention: up to 30 days, after which the logs are deleted automatically.
3.2. Email correspondence
If you write to [email protected], we process the email address you write from, your name (if provided), the subject and body of your message, and timestamps of the exchange.
Purpose: answering your question, sending you information you asked for, processing pre-contractual enquiries.
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract; and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in answering inbound correspondence.
Retention: 2 years from the closure of the matter, or longer where legally required (e.g. accounting law: 8 years).
3.3. Language preference
The website remembers your selected language in the URL (e.g. /hu/, /en/). No cookie is set for this; the language is determined entirely by the URL you open.
3.4. Cookies and tracking
biztailors.com does not set tracking cookies and does not use any analytics service (e.g. Google Analytics, Plausible, Hotjar, Meta Pixel). We do not build visitor profiles. Because no consent-bearing cookies are placed, no cookie banner is shown.
If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this notice and roll out a consent mechanism that complies with the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR.

- Right of access (Article 15) — to request information on what personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification (Article 16) — to have inaccurate data corrected.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten", Article 17) — to have your data deleted, where no legal retention obligation applies.
